肖淳文博士现任中山大学国际关系学院副教授、硕士生导师，主要研究国际政治经济学、产业与科技政策及经济发展，尤其关注中国在全球经济中的战略行为及其与国际经济秩序的互动。她曾任剑桥大学菲茨威廉学院研究员、香港中文大学讲师、香港中文大学（深圳）副研究员，并曾在欧洲复兴开发银行（伦敦）从事经济与政策分析工作。其研究成果发表于多种国际学术期刊，并曾在剑桥大学、伦敦大学和香港中文大学讲授相关课程。
Dr Chunwen Xiao is Associate Professor in the School of International Relations at Sun Yat-sen University. Her research is in international political economy, with particular interests in industrial policy, technology governance, and economic development, especially in relation to China and the global economy. Before joining Sun Yat-sen University, she held positions at the University of Cambridge and the Chinese University of Hong Kong and worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. Her work has appeared in several international journals.
